Event space is available for rental at George Mason University’s Science and Technology Campus, easily accessed from I-66 and approximately 30 miles west of the nation’s capital.

Event Space Available for Rental
Beacon Hall Conference Center
Two large, adaptable multipurpose rooms capable of flexible seating configurations that can hold up to 150 people in each room. Both rooms are equipped with a projection screen, LCD projector, and sound system. The rooms are divided but have a double-wide door for paring together. There is also a spacious lobby which can be used for vendor set-up, registration, and/or catering. Rent all spaces together or separately.
Katherine Johnson Atrium
This large flexible space can accommodate a variety of events, from seated setups for 110 to standing receptions up to 300. A variety of A/V equipment is available to support your event. This space has large windows that provide a great source of natural lighting.
Life Sciences and Engineering Building
Accommodating up to 155 people, the Multipurpose Room features flexible seating with the options of rounds, lecture, or theater style with floor-to-ceiling windows giving the room natural light. This creates a perfect setting for lectures, training, presentations, small receptions, meetings, luncheons, and networking events.
The Pre-function Lobby, adjacent to the Multipurpose Room, is an intimate setting creating a fantastic greeting, registration, or cocktail reception area making this duo a premier event space.
Verizon Auditorium, Breakout Rooms, and Lobby
Features a 295 fixed-seat, tiered auditorium and a fully-equipped lecture podium on stage, fixed projection screen, ceiling mounted LCD projector enabling the ability to host a panel discussion on stage.
Adjacent to the auditorium are four multipurpose break-out meeting rooms with flexible seating configurations for seminars, workshops, lectures, and training sessions with a lobby perfect for registration, catering, vendors, or to hold a small pre-event or post-event reception.
