Diana Corona is Co-Founder and President of Enterprise Database Corporation (EDC®), a global tech and software solutions company founded in February 2001 and headquartered in Gainesville, Virginia (www.EDCUS.com, www.EDC.ai). Since its humble beginnings in 2001, EDC® has grown into a multi-national company employing over 70 staff members on two continents and serving customers in North America, Europe and Asia. EDC® has developed and owns sales, operations, and data exchange software for vertical markets such as global mobility/moving and storage, home services, and technology. Our latest solution, MERCED™, is a proprietary suite of software creation and AI tools that are private, personalized and tailored for business. EDC® has also been providing software development and consulting services for customers in various other industries including healthcare, construction, associations, manufacturing, and others.

Diana and EDC®’s commitment extends beyond business. Diana has served on multiple industry councils and committees and is personally involved in local initiatives supporting STEM education. Diana is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Wakefield School, a leading independent school in The Plains, Virginia. Through EDC®, we actively engage with and give back to our local and global communities by supporting initiatives such as SPARK, the Education Foundation for Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), the IAM Global Moving Foundation, which enables students from diverse backgrounds to pursue education and leadership development, Move for Hunger, and more.

Diana was born and raised in Romania where she also met Richard, her husband and partner in EDC® and other investment companies. Diana and Richard reside in Northern Virginia and are the proud parents of a daughter, Sophia.


Steve Danziger
Steven Danziger

Mr. Steve Danziger serves as Director of Quality for BAE Systems Space Systems as well as the Site Executive in Manassas. As the Quality Director he is responsible for improving the overall quality and efficiency for the organization’s products and technology through all US Space Systems sites. As the Site Executive he is responsible for the infrastructure and daily operation of the facility, including community outreach.

Mr. Danziger has been an Engineer and a Manager in semiconductor development and production for various defense and commercial semiconductor organizations working with state-of-the-art technologies, starting at IBM and including the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Micron Technologies. He has served in numerous community roles, including more than a dozen Boards/Commissions and is currently a member of Advisory Board of George Mason University Science and Technology Campus; Board Member of UVA Community Health (14 years on this and predecessor Boards): Prince William Chamber of Commerce Board; Virginia Microelectronics Consortium Board; Fairfax County Water Authority Board. He has two patents and more than 30 publications on technical and management topics. In 2023 he received the prestigious Excellence in Governance award from The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA).

Mr. Danziger has a Physics B.S. from Queens College City University of New York and a Physics M.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. His most important role is as husband and father to eleven-year-old twin boys.


Joe Diaz

As Melwood’s Chief Growth Officer, Joseph (Joe) Diaz strategically positions Melwood to take advantage of new and unique opportunities to expand the organization’s reach and broaden our impact within the disability community and beyond.  

Joe brings more than 30 years of expertise in the disability advocacy community to his work overseeing Melwood’s business development, marketing and communications, advocacy, and community engagement functions. Having begun his career in supportive employment services and working his way up to executive leadership, Joe is able to bring years of experience and insight to all aspects of his work.  

Joe joins Melwood following his time as Chief Operating Officer of Didlake Inc., a nonprofit that connects people with disabilities to employment and community engagement opportunities. In this role, he was responsible for the strategic oversight of all revenue-generating business units and diversifying revenue streams. Prior to joining Didlake, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for SourceAmerica and Executive Director for SourceAmerica’s East Region.  

In 2022 Joe was named one of the Top 100 COOs by Alumni Spotlight magazine, Joe also holds a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rowan University. He holds a Master Certificate in nonprofit management from Georgetown University, and a Master Certificate in government contracting from Villanova University. Joe has also attended the prestigious Harvard Executive Leadership Program for Advanced Negotiations training.
