Zuzana Steen
Zuzana Steen is the Director of Academic and Community Relations at Micron Technology, Inc. in Virginia and with her extensive knowledge of educational institutions, industry and non-profits, she is working to foster positive relationships and strategic partnerships in the community around Micron and throughout the Commonwealth. In her role, Zuzana also oversees Micron team members’ extensive group and individual volunteer engagement in the community.
Zuzana has been a recognizable leader in education and workforce initiatives, serving in several statewide and regional roles, including the Virginia Board for Workforce Development, Virginia Works – Northern Region Board, and Virginia Ed Strategies Board, as the chair of the George Mason University SciTech Campus Advisory Board and co-chair of the Prince William Chamber Education & Workforce Committee; on boards and councils of K-12 and community college education foundations, Career and Technical Education (CTE), Virginia Microelectronics Consortium (VMEC), Leadership Prince William, and the Virginia Chamber of Commerce Workforce and Education Committee as well as advisory boards of the Northern Virginia Science Center and Cardinal Education. In June 2023, Zuzana completed her two-term service, including a chair role, on the College Board of the Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA).
Zuzana has co-created, facilitated and supported several leading models for secondary, post-secondary, and business and industry partnerships as well as partnerships with non-profits and charities throughout Virginia.
In 2024, Zuzana received Community Leadership Award from Leadership Prince William; in 2021, the Seed of Change Award from George Mason University and in 2018, the Women in Technology Award from NOVA. In 2023, she was a finalist of the Association of Community College Trustees’ (ACCT) Trustee Leadership Award. Under her external engagement leadership, Micron received the 2022 Community Leadership Award from the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia, 2023 State Business & Industry Partnership Award from the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) as well as the Virginia Tech NSBE Business Partner of the Year, and 2024 Business Partner of the Year from the City of Manassas. Additionally in 2023, Micron was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) and Virginia DOE for its impactful career-connected learning partnership with Manassas City Public Schools.
Zuzana is a graduate of the 2013 Class of Leadership Prince William and 2003 graduate of Leadership Fairfax Emerging Leaders Institute.
Born, raised and educated in Czechoslovakia, later the Czech Republic and having lived in Prague, London, Hong Kong, and Seoul, Zuzana currently works, volunteers and resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Joe, and their sons, Pavel and Milan.
Diana Corona
Diana Corona is Co-Founder and President of Enterprise Database Corporation (EDC®), a global tech and software solutions company founded in February 2001 and headquartered in Gainesville, Virginia (www.EDCUS.com, www.EDC.ai). Since its humble beginnings in 2001, EDC® has grown into a multi-national company employing over 70 staff members on two continents and serving customers in North America, Europe and Asia. EDC® has developed and owns sales, operations, and data exchange software for vertical markets such as global mobility/moving and storage, home services, and technology. Our latest solution, MERCED™, is a proprietary suite of software creation and AI tools that are private, personalized and tailored for business. EDC® has also been providing software development and consulting services for customers in various other industries including healthcare, construction, associations, manufacturing, and others.
Over the years EDC® has been nominated for and recognized with multiple industry awards, including a 2023 American Trucking Association (ATA) MSC Supplier Member Summit Award, and a 2022 recognition as a Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Company Honoree. Diana has been personally recognized as a 2024 Hall of Honor Inductee by the International Association of Movers (IAM) for her and EDC®’s contributions to the advancement of technology in the moving industry, and as a 2023 Executive Honoree by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
Diana and EDC®’s commitment extends beyond business. Diana has served on multiple industry councils and committees and is personally involved in local initiatives supporting STEM education. Diana is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Wakefield School, a leading independent school in The Plains, Virginia. Through EDC®, we actively engage with and give back to our local and global communities by supporting initiatives such as SPARK, the Education Foundation for Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), the IAM Global Moving Foundation, which enables students from diverse backgrounds to pursue education and leadership development, Move for Hunger, and more.
Diana was born and raised in Romania where she also met Richard, her husband and partner in EDC® and other investment companies. Diana and Richard reside in Northern Virginia and are the proud parents of a daughter, Sophia.
Steven Danziger
Mr. Steve Danziger serves as Director of Quality for BAE Systems Space Systems as well as the Site Executive in Manassas. As the Quality Director he is responsible for improving the overall quality and efficiency for the organization’s products and technology through all US Space Systems sites. As the Site Executive he is responsible for the infrastructure and daily operation of the facility, including community outreach.
Mr. Danziger has been an Engineer and a Manager in semiconductor development and production for various defense and commercial semiconductor organizations working with state-of-the-art technologies, starting at IBM and including the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Micron Technologies. He has served in numerous community roles, including more than a dozen Boards/Commissions and is currently a member of Advisory Board of George Mason University Science and Technology Campus; Board Member of UVA Community Health (14 years on this and predecessor Boards): Prince William Chamber of Commerce Board; Virginia Microelectronics Consortium Board; Fairfax County Water Authority Board. He has two patents and more than 30 publications on technical and management topics. In 2023 he received the prestigious Excellence in Governance award from The Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA).
Mr. Danziger has a Physics B.S. from Queens College City University of New York and a Physics M.S. from the Pennsylvania State University. His most important role is as husband and father to eleven-year-old twin boys.
